I am a male physician/surgeon who has been an Aspire36 original formula supporter for two years and wanted to let anyone out there who is looking for an alternative enhancer my opinion and research. First let me tell you that Aspire 36 within an hour would provide a rock hard erection without even sexual stimulation and therefore gave you the confidence to know the product works and would not let you down. The duration of Aspire36 would last as long at 72 hours, but obviously the highest onset is the first 24hrs and slowly diminished by the end the 72 hours. Aspire 36 also did have systemic affects, similar to Viagra, which was mild nasal congestion and an overall flushing , which I happened to enjoy as a slight euphoria type feeling as well as knowing the drug was doing something and ready to go. These systemic symptoms would be less if aspire 36 was taken on a full stomach or with a mild antihistamine.
Now for a suitable replacement for this now discontinued original formula Aspire 36 is Rhino 51, white capsules. Rhino 51 does not have the systemic symptoms, although sometimes a very slight nasal congestion can be noted. There is no flushing and no spontaneous erections from this like Aspire 36 when the wind changes direction, however, with actual sexual stimulation I achieved a very solid erection, comparable to Aspire 36, that pointed straight up to the sky, but once again for the most part sexual stimulation was necessary to achieve this. I found that Rhino 51's duration was 24-36 hours for usual efficacy and some "chubbiness" on the second or third day, but not enough to feel confident to go again with the same firmness without another dose, but certainly could perform to her liking.
So in summary, after some skepticism , I have found Rhino 51 to give me the confidence I needed after the unfortunate disappointing discontinuous of aspire 36. I am constantly on the look out for any new products for the ultimate erection that changes your way of thinking and way of life and at least Rhino 51 offers that without the systemic side affects of others.

i was shocked at the results they were great!!! hard as a rock and once i came, i could come again. excellent product will order and will tell friends, and have. a full 5 stars, ten if you count both times.....lol

I took on Nitro last night...didn't see an immediate result. It took about 4-5 hours but then HOLY HOLY smokes! Let's just say the last 24 hours have been terrific...I feel like a porn star! Nitro works great! My sexual activity has increased 5 fold...recovery time has been about every 2.5-3 hours. I felt some facial pressure...not sure if it's related to Rhino51 or not, but very satisfied and will definitely be ordering! Thank you so much!

Finally! A product that does what it claims! You have got to try this,No Bullshit here.Last night my wife screamed with excitement while I pounded her with the hardest erection I've had in years!!I love this product and so does my wife.I cant wait to try more products from Rhino!!These are better than viagra,and no side effects.Except you wake up the next morning ready to go again!!
